Why the conversation cut after 32 second on my Pbx?

Hello, my problem is all the conversation cut automatically after 32 second. Who can help me please!


Confirm that in Asterisk SIP Settings, External Address and Local Networks are correctly set. If you change these, restart Asterisk.

If that’s not your issue, please post:
New system, or one that was working and doesn’t anymore?
Cloud or on-site?
If on-site, do calls between local extensions have the issue?
IP phones (or other devices or apps) make/model?
pjsip or chan_sip?
Router/firewall make/model?
