Is there any report, or screen, in freepbx which can show who is logged on to what device when using deviceanduser mode?
We’re trying to compensate for the users lack of ability to remember to log off when walking away from a desk. That user then finds that calls to their user number ring all over the shop. Mix that with people forgetting to log in as well, and you can see things are getting bonkers.
Being able to see on the server where people are logged on would be great.
We also use iSymphony, so if that supports someway to visually see who is on which device, that’s also workable.
