Where I can download the ovpn file

I am reading this wiki, but I can’t figure out for the life of me where I can download the below file

Download the client files: sysadmin_ca.crt, sysadmin_client1.conf, sysadmin_client1.crt, sysadmin_client1.key, and sysadmin_client1.ovpn

Log into UCP as the user in question. Click the gear icon in the lower left, it will open a window, if VPN is enabled for the user, one of the displayed tabs will be for the VPN. You can dload the ovpn file from there.
