Where can I access Scribe generated transcripts & summaries?

Is it possible to retrieve the scribe transcripts & summaries programmatically via ARI, DB, or another method? We have a few integrations with an external CRM, my goal is to take the generated content from FreePBX and send it to our CRM.

Checking the tables the transcript leads to a .unichannel file, however, I have yet to find a method to read these files via script or otherwise, outside of using the web GUI for FreePBX.

Any advice/guidance would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Sorry I’m now help with this but I am curious, how is the scribe module overall, any issues?

It works well overall. It does not currently transcribe Spanish calls and the billing model is “guesstimate”. You pay for a certain amount and lose what you don’t use instead of just being billed on consumption. I’m hoping they change that in the near future. Our inability to hook into it via any external system nullifies its overall usability. However. If you are looking to get some basic transcription and reporting, or just want voicemails transcribed, it’s worth looking into.
