When user call to IVR cancels, Freepbx cannot detect the end signal and kept ringing

Hi all,
when user call to IVR cancels, Freepbx cannot detect the end signal and kept ringing

I am using TDM410P Card as my analog card, with FReePBX 2.4

Anyone experience this before please enlighten me,

This is not a FreePBX issue. It is the setup of your analog card.

Check your CPE disconnect setting in ZAP/DAHDI config.

As I said this is not a FreePBX issue. You need to read the documentation for DAHDI or Zap and your FXO card and configure it properly.

Your FreePBX is way out of date so I can only assume you are running ancient Asterisk with Zaptel drivers.

You told us nothing about your system and configuration, clearly can’t help without that.
