When used Apply Config

Hi

I am new to freepbx and when I have used apply config
I have to run amportal stop and amportal start in ssh
before I can use the pbx is this right?
or have I a bug

if I don’t do this I have no sound on incoming calls

click “apply config” will reload your conf you set or edit before. You do not need to do anything from SSH.

Thank you for the answer I have found out what my problem was after your answer
I have started it all over again and now everything is working for me
