I’m having a problem activating extensions with external DID in WhatsApp for Business.
When I ask for the code in “call me” I receive the call but when I need it the option does not send the DTMF. All other services I call accept the DTMF normally, as do calls to IVRs too.
I have a Cisco router with DTMF rtp-nte, the freepbx is set to auto, I’ve already tested it with 4733, the softphone or sip phone I’ve already tested with auto, inband and rfc 2833.
Could someone help me?
