What should be the cause and how to solve it?

I use the S705 Phone connected wiht the extension module, but today I found a problem that th numpad of the s705 do not response. When I tried pressing the numpad, they don’t response and ther is no number shown on a screen, but for the soft button of extension module, it still works very well

What should be the problem? and how can I solve it?
