What do you use to backup an image of your FreePbx hard drive?

Years ago I used acronis to backup and restore Linux builds, but it did not work well with lvm and raid 1.
I’ve read reviews online of the more popular programs with basic gui’s (Mondo, clonezilla, etc…), but I’m looking for some real world experiences.

What do you find is good but simple software to image my FreePbx drive?
