What do I have to configure to use WebRTC?

I am configuring FPBX to use WebRTC. In the previous version, WebRTC appeared on the User Management tab. Now it does not appear anymore. I already have a certificate in FreePBX, what can I do now?

Also: What should I configure to be able to make calls on the UCP WebPhone? And these settings allow me to use another WebPhone?
