What comes after CentOS 7?

Hello all,
just wondering - is there any news about the base distro that will replace Centos for upcoming FreePBXs?
I see a lot of people are gravitating towards Rocky, but there are a number of successors.

FreePBX and CentOS base: CentOS is dead from now on

Hi! CentOS (the base of FreePBX distro) decided to drop support for CentOS 8 until end of 2021. It is replaced by CentOS stream - which just isnt’t usable for production environments. What are your thoughts how to proceed regarding FreePBX base? CentOS 7 seems to be supported as initially told and planned. But what about the future regarding the base of FreePBX distro? Right now, the most likely candidate is an RHEL 8.x downstream offshoot (like Rocky).

I guess so - it would be the easiest way forward. Is there an expected time-frame for the decision?
