Weird extention after new Freepbx Install

Hello everyone!

I installed FreePBX 17 from the install scripts (wow this took quite a while , even on a 8c VM and a gigabit internet connection)
and whent to setup my extentions.

under connectivity-> extentions the list is blank, same for the trunks. Expected since its ablank install. But under asteriskinfo im seeing a unregistered PJSIP resource witha hex looking value that i cannot find elsewere. Look :

i even when on the config files in the file system to grep for this string of letters/numbers and there was noware to be found. Only on Asterisk Info.

Any idea what is this and how to get rid of it ?

Thanks in advance

It’s a known thing as a result of DPMA. We’re working on a fix to hide it. It is purely cosmetic and doesn’t cause any issues.

Oh
I see. Sorry for the double posting but searching keywords like “wierd extention” or this hex string nothing came back so i thought i did something wrong on the setup.

its not my first time dealing with FreePBX ive been using it for over 3 years now , but not on debian, on the old distro.

PS.
what is DPMA ?

The DPMA (Digium Phone Module for Asterisk) is used with Sangoma IP phones Series S and D to ensure a secure, easy installation process and to take advantage of the power of Asterisk. Without complicated scripting, DPMA provides direct integration of these Sangoma IP phones and many Asterisk capabilities, including voicemail, call parking, call recording; and, for the first time in Asterisk, user presence. It also makes Sangoma IP phones be among the easiest IP Phones to configure and manage on the market.

The Digium Phone Module for Asterisk is a binary Asterisk module that provides a secure communications channel between Sangoma IP phones Series S and D and Asterisk. This secure channel is used to provision and manage the phones and to provide direct access to Asterisk’s internal applications. DPMA is not required to use Sangoma phones, but provides them with many enhanced applications.
