WEBUI configuration doesn't change by editting files

hello all,

i have a problem with freepbx webui. for some reason, i backed up my asterisk configuration folder and now i want to have that configuration again. when i restore my files, webui doesn’t update according to it. i wanna know if there is any way to force webui to update itself based on the restored asterisk files.

Nope, FreePBX writes the config for Asterisk based on the data in an SQL database.

I order to backup your config you will need to backup the MySQL Asterisk database. Some changes to custom config files will need to be kept within the config files to the best policy is to backup the database and config files as well. If you only have the config files that’s not much use to you.
