Webrtc enable option is not showing

i am trying to enable Webrtc but i am not able to see this option under user management -UCP- Phone.
There is a Lets Encrypt certificate installed and the Webrtc module is installed and updated to the latest version. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which version of FreePBX? Are all modules up to date?
