as there is no web Phonebook available I have developed a free web Phonebook.
You can find it on GitHub - jojo61/phonebook: Web Phonebook for asterisk
It is the initial Release and Feedback is welcome.

Forgot to say, it works with asterisk 13, 14 and 16 and above with old and new manager interface.
