Web phone registration issue

Hi,

When i login to a user on ucp, i see following logs in asterisk console:
== WebSocket connection from ‘169.149.3.228:50956’ for protocol ‘sip’ accepted using version ‘13’
– Registered SIP ‘991234’ at 169.149.3.228:50956
== WebSocket connection from ‘169.149.3.228:50933’ forcefully closed due to fatal write error

P.S: web phones cant establish call with each other.
