Web GUI won't load: Unable to locate the FreePBX BMO Class 'Userman'

Upon trying to log into FreePBX 16, the page fails to load and we get error.

Exception (404)
Unable to locate the FreePBX BMO Class 'Userman’A required module might be disabled or uninstalled. Recommended steps (run from the CLI): 1) fwconsole ma install userman 2) fwconsole ma enable userman

We’ve tried the suggested commands, but they fail to complete and give the same error.

Unable to locate… ‘userman’… etc

Doing a fwconsole ma list show that there is no ‘userman’ module listed at all.

Q1. is there a way to force install or manually install/repair userman module?

Q2. we don’t have a backup (I know I know), and can’t seem to run one from command line. is there a way to run a backup from command line? we did backup list command, and don’t have any backup routines created, and no storage folder assigned. so this may require several steps.

Any help would be appreciated.

fwconsole ma downloadinstall userman

If that doesn’t work add a --force to the end of the command.

I tried the --force option and it still didn’t work.

Turns out there were about 6 broken modules that needed to be disabled.

zulu
faxpro
iotserver (?)
oracle_connector
xmpp
callaccounting

not sure how they broke, but all is good now.
