I have just purchased the the web callback module and set it up. When i input the phone number to call it displays the invalid message then calls the correct number from the correct outbound call route. As soon as you answer it ends the call straight away. Any help would be appreciated.
If you could paste the exact error you’re receiving, that would be helpful.

It’s trying to dial 907450075234, and you don’t have a route for that. That’s an unusually long number, too. are you sure it’s correct?

The SIP provider isn’t accepting the Codec of the generated. I’m guessing it’s rejecting alaw or ulaw. Make sure you’re not blocking them in your trunk configuration.
