Wake up call doesn't work from several phones

We had this working prior to the system updating to 6.12.65-28. We have SIP phones and a Grandstream 24 port ATA for the Hotel rooms. When a guest tries to set a wake up call the system prompts for the time and then asks the caller to do it over. There are no reported issues with the phones being able to make other types of calls. I removed the module from the system and reinstalled. Any ideas on what I can look for now??
