VVX 150 random unregistered

Hello,

I’m having an issue with a Polycom VVX 150, it rnadomly get unregistered for a minute or so.
Until then I was using Linphone or Alcatel Temporis IP 600 with no issues.
I don’t know how to diagnose the issue.

Here is the log :

Here is my conf

I managed to reduce the down time by playing with the expire. But I don’t understand the difference between the “Expire” and “Subscription Expire”.
The phone and the FreePBX are in different VLAN but no NAT in between and all ports allowed (for debuging purposes)

This is an indication that there is a problem with either the device or the network. If the phone goes unreachable, it can’t be registered, so you probably need to fix that first.

I know but this doesn’t help me on how to diagnose the problem

Look at your UDP timeout in your firewall

It seems that when I set the “Expires (s)” at 30 it solves the problem.
