VQPlus Queue Callback lockup

I’ve been having issues with Queue Callback from the VQPlus Module where the callbacks will queue up and then will show up as all the same position. I’ve found the only way to get the calls to flow through is to kill the queuecallback.php process and then restart the service with ./start-queuecallback.sh in /var/www/html/admin/modules/vqplus.

Any suggestions on why it could be locking up?
