First i would like to thank you really thank you for the english tip.

and if you mean that i have to add the localnet in the sip_nat configuration file , i already did, and here a copy of that file for both servers.

Office A :
nat=yes
externip=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
externip=192.168.1.100
localnet=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
localnet=192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0
localnet=192.168.100.0/255.255.255.0
localnet=192.168.200.0/255.255.255.0
localnet=192.168.20.0/255.255.255.0
localnet=192.168.50.0/255.255.255.0
externrefresh=10

Office B :
nat=yes
externip=192.168.2.200
localnet=192.168.60.0/255.255.255.0

and they are the same local networks at each site .

should i add the dyndsn domains also ???
