Voxbeam call center route issues

I need help with voxbeam. When I am on the retail/silver route it works perfectly. But when I go on the call center route it does not work and they told me that I should be on that route instead of the retail route.

Some platforms may have different protocols or specific settings that differ depending on the route chosen. The retail/cash route might have a different configuration than the call center route.

Please ensure that your INVITE conforms to our requirements as no further investigation can begin if the INVITE is invalid.

We MUST see a genuine number in your From: header this needs to be in +E164 International format, it also MUST be capable of being called back to a live answer

Accepted formats are
From: sip:+yournumber@yourIP/Domain
From: “sometext” sip:+yournumber@yourIP/Domain

You MUST provide a P-Asserted-Identity: header this number MUST be from the country of origin of the call & may/may not be the same as number in the From: header, but again this needs to be in +E164 International format, it also MUST be capable of being called back to a live answer

P-Asserted-Identity: sip:+yournumber@yourIP/Domain
P-Asserted-Identity: “sometext” sip:+yournumber@yourIP/Domain

What format is your outgoing caller ID in?

Have you enabled PAI for caller ID?

Does your caller ID represent a number that is answered by a human?

There are lots of places, in FreePBX, where the caller ID can be set, and choosing which will depend on your detailed needs.
