Anyone else having problems with outgoing calls lately? Do they have a status page somewhere? I did a search and did not come up with anything, unless it’s all just on the status.sangoma.com page now and called something else.
On the status page they are Sangoma Wholesale Carrier Services, but it’s reporting incorrectly. If you have access to the backoffice portal, you can see they opened a public ticket on Friday regarding issues with outbound calling. The most recent update from yesterday:

The routing adjustments implemented seem to have mitigated the issue observed last week. We are continuing to engage with the downstream carrier involved to ensure long-term stability and proper route performance.
If you encounter any further issues, please open a support ticket and include recent call examples for investigation.
