Hi,
I am new to FreePBX and have set up my ‘unavailable’ message and my ‘busy’ message. The problem is that the busy message seems to always be the one people get even if I am away from my desk.
Can someone help with this issue? Do I need to know which extensions those messages are on, because I’m not sure…?
