Voicemail to email

FreePBX 2.10 latest as of 24Feb.

My new install is on a TimeWarner Dynamic IP.

Can anyone point me to any recent how-to get a mailserver-gmail relay that works with 2.10?

Would my problem be solved if I just had the client get Time Warner to switch to Static?
