Voicemail Panel Error

Hi There,

Longtime lurker, we’ve been using Debian + FreePBX for awhile - works great.

Today, I decided to give the FreePBX Distro on one of our development machines. For some reason when I try to access 127.0.0.1/recordings/ it returns a blank page. When I looked at the Apache logs this error came up:

[error] [client 127.0.0.1] PHP Fatal error: Cannot use object of type DB_Error as array in /var/www/html/recordings/modules/followme.module on line 0

This is a fresh installation of the Distro (Stable-5.211.65-13 (64 Bit w/ Asterisk 11).

Thanks in advance.

I also wanted to add that neither EndPointOSS nor EndPointManager are installed.

Have you tried accessing using the IP of the system and not the loopback?

Hi Alan,

It loads blank regardless if the IP is public or private.

rm /var/www/html/recordings/modules/phonesettings.module

Thanks, that did it!

Would you happen to know the answer to this one as well? - “Ajax Web ERROR: When saving key CHECKREFERER: parsererror”

@moore Where in FreePBX are you getting that error? I assume “Apply Changes” in “Advanced Settings” page

Exactly, upon clicking the checkmark.

Run
amportal a dbug
Then try to save a setting and post the output here.

Unfortunately, there isn’t any output - just the recording errors.

So can you not get into recordings still?

I can get into the recordings fine, but there isn’t any output for the AJAX error for some reason for the second error I mentioned above when saying anything that needs the checkmark clicked on in Advance Settings.

Is this a hand rolled system?

Pardon?

Is this a FreePBX Distro setup or…?

What I mean is how did you install it

This is the Distro.

What version. 5.211?

See the first post, it has all the information.

I moved 8 posts to an existing topic: Email In Use/Username In Use Errors

5.211.65-13 but what about the rest of the numbers saved in the ISO filename.
