Voicemail Notify - Option 3 not working for CID

So we have been using Voicemain Notify for some time with a client (on FreePBX 13) and now that we are on FreePBX 16 using it. Option 3 to have it readback CID just replays the message instead of giving us the CID. not sure if there is something wrong with our config or just a glitch.

Found out the issue,

Tested by calling from an internal extention to leave the message and Option 3 did work and give us the 4 digit extention.

So after looking at the CDR reports I noticed the + sign infront of all external callers.

After changing the Trunk Context to “from-pstn-e164-us” and removing the + sign that solved the problem and now presents the user with the CID number as it should.
