Voicemail Not Recording

I’m not able to get the system to capture inbound audio when trying to record a voicemail. The call goes through, plays the greeting, plays the voicemail tone and then after 3 seconds hangs up saying there was no audio in the Asterisk Logs. I’m not really sure what i’m missing but I’m not finding any documentation for managing the inbound audio. I’ve enabled all the Codecs available but that didn’t work.

Any help or ideas would be very much appreciated! This is literally the last thing I need to get working.

Disable gsm and try again

This did not work. The calls are using ulaw. I did a pcap and i’m not seeing any dropped traffic that would indicate the audio wasn’t going through. Are there any settings I should be looking into that open up audio?

This was fixed by turning off AGL / SIP in my router.
I assume this was causing issues as I have VPS manually configured port forwarding of the required ports.
