I was sure the voicemail used to play Last in First out when listening to old messages but now I can’t figure out where to change it back from First in First out (FiFo)
Am I missing something?

It has never done first in-first out. The last voicemail message received is the first one to be played back. Newest to oldest, ie last in-first out, is how the voicemail system works.
