Has anyone come across an issue where it says VM box is full but it doesn’t allow you to delete messages? We have several users with the same issue.
Where are you trying to delete messages?
What does Modules > Voicemail Admin > Usage > General Usage detail?
You can also view individual voicemail usage by selecting a User on the right side of the Voicemail Admin page.
On the phone after listening to the messages.
Turn on DTMF Logging:
Settings, Asterisk Logfile Settings, Log Files tab, Console, DTMF = on.
Then post the contents of /var/log/asterisk/full containing an example of someone calling into voicemail and trying to delete a voicemail. This should be posted to pastebin for ease of viewing.
