20 seconds is what it is set for as default. This is strange If I set it for 10 seconds It works no problems even rings to the phones for 10 seconds. But at 20 seconds it doesn’t work…
I figure out the problem. I have Comcast. The main line is acting up. But if I call the other numbers there is no problem with anything all works perfectly normal. However in the main line if I call it after 20 seconds it goes straight to Comcast voicemail and not the pbx voicemail.
I’m calling Comcast. All the lines are in a hunt group. That might be messed up.
It’s fixed. Nothing wrong with the pbx system or phones after all. It was comcast. there phone system reset and there voicemail was activated. When that happens after 30 seconds of not answering the phones comcast voimail picks up and not the freepbx voicemail.
