Voice prompt based on the number calling

Does the feature exist to have a set IVR voice recording based on the number that’s calling?

For example, Mike calls in and I have mike already added into the system as calling from 111-111-1111 and the system sees a incoming call from that number and plays the recording I have made for Mike before sending the call to my phone?
