Voice Mail

I am having problems with Voice Mail messages.

I have successfully set up 2 SIP extensions and a SIP trunk. I have enable Voicemail on both extensions. When i call an extension and leave a message everything appears to be fine. I even get a text on my cell phone saying I have a VM waiting to be listened to. When I try and check the message i have an empty inbox. Any thoughts?

OK, well the voicemails exist when I call to check Voicemail, but do not display on the web interface.

When you set the text message or email, did you mark the box “Delete Voicemail”?
I know I accidentally did that in my 1st days of asterisk

I did a reinstall and it seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks for the help though.
