I think you have SIP Trunk configuration issue. If your Trunks works on Grandsream Should works and on FreePBX. Just you need to setup correctly your Trunks over Vodaphone Proxy Server.

I have an issue with a sip trunk configuration. I have to use an outbound proxy and the registration string also needs to go to the proxy and not main domain. However the user name needs to be formatted like the main domain. Here is my issue.

i’m new with this Voice software and i’d like your help with my setup of 2 sip trunk with my provider.
My network is the following:
192.168.x.x/24 pbx
192.168.x.x and 192.168.y.y firewall
192.168.y.y modem
In the sip setting i enable NAT with my public IP and in the firewall i enable source NAT. Then i set up the trunk with the following configuration:
