VmX mobile transfer hangs up and long delay before IVR kicks in

Two issues here.

1- I’ve setup a VmX locator to reach me on my mobile if 1 is pressed during voicemail. On one extension, it works while on the other, it hangs up

This is the difference between the two. h@restrictedroute should be the phone number 5551234567@restrictedroute.

I don’t know why.

My other problem. When I dial my number, it takes up to 12 seconds before my system is reach

From my provider

15:31:03 (UTC) the PBX received INVITE request and replied with "100 Trying"
15:31:15 (UTC) the PBX replied with 200 OK (connected the call, without
ring back tone)

What can I do for this?

Solved the delay thing. An option I didn’t see.

In Inbound routes, Pause before Answer was set at 12 (don’t know why).
