We want a virtual extension with a DID pointed to it - no problem. We gave the extension a mailbox and use vmx locator to let callers get out of the mailbox. The operator for that mailbox is a cell phone number.
When a caller presses 0 the operator cell begins to ring and when he/she answers it everything is fine. 30 to 45 seconds later the call is dropped. Why?
The odd thing is if I set 0 to goto another extension that is forwarded to the cell phone it works just fine.
