I dont expect anyone has done this before but Im working on trying to get google transcription to go into UCP. Email Transcription works fine. It looks like we can create a new field in UCP pretty easily next to the voicemail. If we edit the voicemail txt file we can put text in there and it will show up next to the voicemail.
If anyone has done this feel free to chirp in. I guess what needs to be done is grab the vm id or other unique vm varible in the script and then find a way to inject that text in. Just seeing if anyone has any thoughts.
I would suggest not to play with the original voicemail widget, rather build a new widget that will have transcription, playback, delete, VM details etc.
