VM Notify - Plays Entire Mailbox Greeting Before VM

Hello,

I’m expericing an issue where VM Notify plays the entire VM mailbox greeting before it plays the VM that was left. I’ve setup a custom greeting that says someone has left a new voicemail, but can’t seem to figure out why the mailbox greeting is being played before you can listen to the actually message that was left. Any information on how to get the custom inital greeting to play and then just the actual VM left by the caller to play is greatly appreciated.

So my problem was that the pre-recorded VM message I had was named greeting.wav. Once I renamed that recording to unavail.wav the problem went away.
