VM Notify not calling out after migration

We just migrated to a new server and had to license the new box with the licenses from the old box which worked fine but the VM Notify is not calling out when a voicemail if left. This function was working on the old box.

Any Suggestions?

Thanks, installed and tested. Test VM was left and dialed out no problem.
