I am trying to create a new voicemail context for a user. When I go into the users properties and change teh VM Context field and click Save it then defaults back to default. I checked teh /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail directory and I only see the default folder. I created a folder for the new context I am trying to use and get the same results when I try to specify that name in the user properties. I see the following log entry pertaining to the user when I try to make the change:
DEBUG[22623] db.c: Unable to find key ‘4001/vmx/unavail/state’ in family ‘AMPUSER’
Any help would be appreciated.
