When making vm notification calls, the system plays /var/spool/asterisk/default[exten]/greet after announcing number of VM messages the plays the default vm notify prompt. Example:
<Local/7274106404@vmnotify-main-00000031;1>AGI Rx << STREAM FILE vmnotify-greeting "" 0
-- <Local/7274106404@vmnotify-main-00000031;1> Playing 'vmnotify-greeting.slin' (escape_digits=) (sample_offset 0) (language 'en')

<Local/7274106404@vmnotify-main-00000031;1>AGI Tx >> 200 result=0 endpos=25697
<Local/7274106404@vmnotify-main-00000031;1>AGI Rx << STREAM FILE /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/3010/greet "" 0
-- <Local/7274106404@vmnotify-main-00000031;1> Playing '/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/3010/greet.slin' (escape_digits=) (sample_offset 0) (language 'en')
I can’t find a cause for this. I know I should have free support on commercial (up-to-date) module, but have not made it through the new maze of Sangoma prompts to open a ticket.
Has anyone experienced this or fixed it?
