I am pretty new to FreePBX and looking for some assistance. We have purchased an additional VoIP number from Nextiva and trying to connect this to our phone system while setting it up as a virtual extension. We are then going to forward it to another real extension.
I have the virtual extension setup the same way as we do for our physical extensions, but it is connecting to our carrier, Nextiva, for some reason. Is what I am trying to do even possible?
