View office-wide call history on 1 account

Hello

I am an office assistant and my boss has requested that I get him access to office-wide call history on his UCP. He currently can only see the voicemails of the other phones in the office. when I go to give him a widget for call history for other phones, there is no option for that- how can I get that set up?

Good question… You’re not missing anything.

In UCP, call history is limited to the user’s ext. There’s not a way to give someone full office wide call history through a widget, sorry.

If your boss needs visibility for all calls, I’d recommend CDR Pro. It is built for centralized call reporting with filters for things like extensions, queues, and DIDs. You can even set date ranges for the output or schedule emails that would share the reports via email.
