View call recordings in sangoma desktop monitor BLF keys?

Is there a way to see recordings in Sangoma desktop? I thought they added this feature as well as BLF keys. When adding a favorite, it’s just a shortcut and doesn’t actually show when they are on the phone

There is currently no way to view call recordings in the desktop client, you can do this from UCP but not the softphone. You can see BLF status indicators of internal contacts from your favorites list. There is a solid green light bar on the left hand side to indicate if a user is on a call or it blinks when in the ringing state.

Thanks Ryan. When I add a favorite, it’s not green when on the phone. Is there also a way to have the favorites load from the contact manager? It does however work in the mobile app but it gives you an option to enable “busy lamp”
