I want to make outbound call feature to make announcement calls to old clients as per the csv contact list.
Vicidial is looking as a good option for this function.
is there any guide that i can refer to in setting up vicidial and integrating freepbx with it?
There isn’t integration. They are both PBX systems. You use one or the other.
I don’t have real Vicidial experience, you can try creating a trunk between the two.
