I am trying to perform an install into a very isolated system, with no access to the internet.
Does the full ISO contain all the files needed to perform the installation and setup?
There is no access to the internet at this moment, later the device will be placed in a very highly secured environment, so updates, patches and additional files will not be available.

You need Internet access to install the system. The ISO doesn’t have everything included due to certain liceneses, etc.
The RMF-compliant solution we figured out was to do the full install on “an Internet” and then re-STIG the machine using the CentOS STIGs before we put ours into production.
