I’ve been runing Sangoma Vega 100G GW as my gateway for external calls for many years now. It’s been working very well. Recently i’ve had a numerous amount of phone calls where the external caller complains all they hair is a lot of static noise masking the call. This seems to only happen with certain calls though and I can’t replicate it with my mobile. I am wondering if it’s a certain network carrier that this is effecting. This only happens to the external calls made from mobiles. Is there some setting in Sangoma Vega that I can use to help prevent this?
