These displays have me confused. They seem to conflict:
Welcome to FreePBX
FreePBX 13.0.163 ‘HLA VoIP Server’
(You can change this name in Advanced Settings)

PBX Firmware: 6.12.65-32
PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0

i will take a stab at this.
FreePBX 13.0.163 ‘HLA VoIP Server’ - this is the version of freepbx you have installed and the name of your server. as it says you can change the name in the advanced settings. this means you can change HLA VOIP Server to be JessicaRabbit’s PBX or anything you want. remember freepbx is software that provides a GUI interface for configuring the underlying Asterisk. if you want to see which version of Asterisk is running on your box, go to Reports->Asterisk Info.
PBX Firmware: 6.12.65-32 - this is essentially the distro version you have installed. i suspect the sangoma gang don’t call it the distro version though. it is the patch level that you are running. if you install version updates this will change.
The “distro version” looks a lot like the version under FreePBX 12 before I upgraded to 13. I still don’t get the distinction between the two.
the distro includes a lot more than freepbx - it includes the OS and supporting software
from ssh,
mkdir /root/upgradescripts
cd /root/upgradescripts
wget https://upgrades.freepbxdistro.org/stable/10.13.66/upgrade-10.13.66-1.sh --no-check-certificate
chmod +x *.sh
cd /
/root/upgradescripts/upgrade-10.13.66-1.sh
