Here is the error I get when someone from a Verizon carrier calls our restaurant.
I have FreePBX 17.0.19.12
Can anyone help? I’ve been researching and changing settings around but have not fix the issue. We used to have FreePBX 16 and never had this issue. We used to use Chan_SIP
for our extension but FreePBX 17 does not support it. It supports pjsip for extensions

In your ‘sip settings’ you should have guest and anonymous calls disabled for security and to handle “Oasis Mexicang Gill” (sic) calls to +18568581807" you need an Inbound route named exactly that.
It looks like adding the IPs from twililo onto the Match (Permit) fixed the issue, I haven’t seen any calls fail. I will keep you posted if any calls from Verizon fails.
